Split pst files

Hi All
does anyone know of an automated method or tool to split a pst file into smaller pst's based on date. For example large.pst -> 2004.pst, 2003.pst, 2002.pst

You could use ExMerge against all mailboxes, and specify a date range
of 1-1-2003 thru 12-31-2003... that will pull all mail from selected
mailboxes to a set of PST files. Move those to tape/CD/other media,
then run ExMerge again with a different date range, etc.
