How to setup global rumes in Exchange 2003

I would like to setup certain rules e.g if any emails coming to
***@XYZ.com should be forwarded to ***@XYZ.Com and ***@Xyz.com.

Can any one tell me (give me url) how can i setup this type of rules
in Exchange 2003.

Presuming that xyz.com is your domain, set up ***@xyz.com as a distribution
group (instead of a mailbox) and add abc@ and pqr@ to the group, so they all
get the mail.
