Exchange logs, how to trace

Yesterday I was moving emails from inbox to newley created folder on
Exchange using WebAccess Outlook (so the folder was stored on exchange not
locally). Today this folder is gone. Other people have access to this
account but nobody is claiming responsibility, is there any way to trace
what happen to this folder? Where would I start? We have Exchange
Enterprise 2000

I doubt it. Unless for some reason you had some massive amount of auditing
going on and even then I think the odds would be small of finding out.
